The only thing we charge from your account is a minute of PT Digital Paradise Solutions conversation with a subscriber. The criterion for charging a billed minute is the first second of a new conversation minute.
Exceptions are calls with statuses 'No answer', 'Subscriber busy' and 'Smart voicemail'. Nothing is charged for them regardless of the number of seconds on the line.
Unfortunately, you cannot suspend a previously purchased tariff plan. When you cancel your paid subscription, your account will be transferred to the free plan at the end of the paid month.
You can purchase any number of minutes in accordance with the per-minute billing conditions within your subscription.
If at the end of the paid month there are unused minutes left on your account, they are automatically credited to your account when you renew your subscription
If you do not renew your tariff plan within 15 days, unused minutes from the previous month expire.
